An incomplete enquiry is normal. HTP helps turn a model, photo or application detail into a clearer bearing discussion.
What information should I include in an RFQ?
Product family or model, shaft size, quantity, target delivery and packing requirement are the most useful starting points.
What is the current MOQ?
The current confirmed MOQ is 2,000 pieces. Series-specific exceptions are confirmed with the quotation.
What lead time should I plan for?
The standard lead time in the supplied material is 1 month. Stock, customized orders and shipping schedules are confirmed per RFQ.
Can I discuss OEM or neutral packaging?
Yes. Neutral and OEM packaging can be discussed. The current OEM discussion starting quantity is 10,000+ pieces.
Can I send a drawing or equipment photo?
Yes. A drawing, photo of the existing unit or equipment installation often helps us start the identification process faster.
What is the standard packing method?
The standard workflow is individual boxes, outer cartons and palletized packing. Neutral packaging is standard, and custom packaging can be discussed for the order.
What checks are included before packing?
The current workflow includes checks for dimensions, clearance, noise and vibration, hardness, appearance, rotation flexibility. Order-specific inspection requirements should be confirmed in the RFQ.
Do you currently provide certification documents?
No certification documents are currently provided. Please confirm any buyer-required certification or documentation before ordering.
What are the standard payment terms?
The current standard term is T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Special order terms are confirmed in the formal quotation.
Can you provide samples?
Sample arrangements are confirmed with the RFQ.
Do you publish final dimensions online?
Final dimensions, materials, load ratings and inspection requirements are confirmed against the current factory list or buyer drawing before quotation.
